Low Fat Hot chocolate (yummy!)

Now I LOVE a cup of hot chocolate but forget all those supposed low calorie ones on the supermarket shelf!  Here’s a way you can make hot chocolate, as luxurious as you want, low fat and verrrrry pleasing! :)

WHAT YOU NEED:

Bournville Dark cocoa powder ( the bitter unsweetened stuff) 2-3 tsp depending on strength

1 tsp Splenda

1 mug of skimmed milk or soya milk

HOW TO:

Add 2-3 tsp of cocoa powder into a mug of your choice.  Add a little milk and mix into a smooth paste, lump free.  Heat the remainder of the milk either over the stove or in the microwave (avoid boiling it you jusst want it hot).

Pour into the mug and stir the hot milk into the chocolate paste until you have your drink.  Add you teaspoon of Spenda and ENJOY!!!
